Among the starters were some real summer favourites: the bruschetta with mozzarella, pesto and arugula can be an easy starter, while on the soup front, mint cream of sugar pea soup, a gazpacho with burrata or the new veal ragout with lemon and cream represent the freshest flavours of summer.

The fish dishes are not to be missed, with the missing fish from the previous menu fish fillets fried in almond bark with vegetable spaghetti with prawns and cream, or skin-on salmon steaks-with fresh tomato salad and white wine lemon sauce - a real light summer dish. Back on the menu is a former favourite of guests, the fried strips of sirloin with black sesame mango vinaigrette, served in a tortilla basket, but the classic black mussel bowl was not left out of this year's offer.

We have also thought about vegetarian and vegan dishes: the fried devil's mushrooms green peas with velouté and steamed sugar snap peas is a summer dish that is both light and full of character.

And our desserts are almost impossible to choose from. Winner of the special prize in the creative category of the "Chef of the Year" competition Solaris dessert comes with special summer flavour combinations, while the only available Sofia dessert remains one of the iconic dishes of the Iron Cat. Classic favourites are also on the menu: cottage cheese dumplings, Bird milk and vanilla and butter poppy seed noodles is also waiting for the sweet tooth.

Of course, we have also prepared drinks for the summer evenings: a wide range of selection of beers, a The sparkling wines of Garamvári Vineyard, and a monthly renewal cocktail offer completes the Iron Cat terrace experience. And don't forget that our Aperol is really made from champagne!
