Traditional flavours for the holiday
15 March is one of the most significant days in Hungarian history, when we remember the heroes of the 1848 Revolution. The commemoration also includes the flavours of traditional Hungarian cuisine, as in centuries past, restaurants and homes would serve festive dishes on this day.
