February special to taste we invite our guests! From 17 to 22 February in China Week waiting for the Iron Cat Terrace Restaurant, where the characteristic flavours and aromas of oriental cuisine take centre stage.
Chinese cuisine is one of the oldest and most diverse gastronomic traditions in the world, where balance of flavours, the richness of scents and respect for the ingredients is a priority. Dishes can be spicy, sweetly soft or spicy with character, while each dish emphasises the experience of eating together. The Chinese Week menu is a reflection of this variety and rich flavours.
Our special offer during Chinese Week:
Spring roll stuffed with spicy duck, garlic and spicy soy sauce
A crispy spring roll filled with succulent duck meat, topped with a distinctive soy sauce.
Asian meatball soup with rice noodles
A filling yet light soup with a rich base stock, meatballs and soft rice noodles.
Szechuan beef with rice, sesame seeds and fresh green onions
A classic Chinese main course with crispy beef, fragrant rice and refreshing toppings.
Fried banana with honey and red sugar
For a sweet finish, served warm with roasted bananas, honey and caramelized sugar make it a truly rounded dessert.
