Fresh flavours and new favourites at Ironmacka!
With the beginning of spring, not only nature comes to life, but also the Iron Cat's menu will also feature fresh flavours and exciting new dishes. From 12 March, we'll be welcoming you to the Iron Cat Terrace, where you'll find new dishes made with seasonal ingredients alongside familiar favourites.
Our kitchen is run by award-winning chef Martin Balog, who brings his creativity and passion to our dishes. The new menu features specialities such as Budafok crispy chanterelles - which can only be tasted here - or crispy grits pudding with plum jam and cinnamon ice cream. Vegetarian and people with food sensitivities we also look after our guests with delicious dishes such as the vegetable and cream paccheri with mushrooms and fresh garden salad with barley pears.
Our fish menu remains varied, with all the essentials for a classic Danube party. hekk, as well as special dishes such as the black mussel dish with white wine and the seafood spaghetti, which will appeal to fish lovers with their fresh and rich flavours.
We welcome you at the Vasmacska Terrace, at the junction of Budatétény and Budafok, to discover our new dishes and enjoy the flavours of spring in a pleasant, sunny meal by the water!
